Logitech are working to cement their space in the crowded Bluetooth speaker market, their latest effort is the Ultimate Ears HYPERBOOM.
Logitech states this is their loudest and punches the most bass of any of their speakers so far. Compared to the previous MEGABOOM 3, the speaker is up to three times louder and has six times the bass. You'll be able to keep going and going with the HYPERBOOM as battery life can reach up to 24 hours. If you do find yourself running low however you can just plug in the USB charge port and continue on.
Input sources are what you would expect being two Bluetooth, a 3.5mm (yes they still exist) and optical audio. Switching between inputs is as simple as pressing a button. Another key feature of the HYPERBOOM is the adaptive EQ, the speaker will sense the environment and automatically adjust the sound to the best fit.
HYPERBOOM is suitable for most environments with an IPX4 rating, spills and splashes are no problem. One Touch Music Control enables you to play, pause and skip tracks directly on the speaker. It supposed Apple Music, Spotify (Android 6.0 and up), Amazon Music and Deezer Premium.
HYPERBOOM can also be controlled via the BOOM app available from the Apple App and Google Play stores. This will allow you to remotely control the power, volume and more. You can also connect HYPERBOOM with any other BOOM, MEGABOOM or HYPERBOOM speakers using the PartyUp feature on the BOOM app.
