Alright so I restarted my blog and this is my first post!!! well for my new blog at least.
I have been reading in the book of Matthew and came across Matthew 22:14 (message) “For many are invited, but few are chosen.”. Now a bit of back story on me I have a verse tattooed on my right shoulder, John 15:16(message) “You didn’t choose me, remember; I chose you, and put you in the world to bear fruit, fruit that won’t spoil. As fruit bearers, whatever you ask the Father in relation to me, he gives you.” For me this verse is key to my very existence to ministry, before I heard this verse in 2010 I struggled with the fact that I only was able to “do ministry” on the weekends. When I read this verse God showed me that he had a place for me and at that time that place was working another job during the week. So now that we have hopped on that bunny trail, wow bad pun, lets get back to this other verse Matthew 22:14. As I read that the other day God really jolted my spirit and I felt such a strong sense of worth and calling to be in ministry. I was hit with those words “many are invited, but few are chosen” like a ton of bricks right to my spirit. never before have I felt like I was so important to my ministry. I never really felt like I wasn’t important, but now it was like I had to give 110% in everything I did because I was chosen. let me end with this, I truly believe that if you are in ministry that God chose you and has a very specific calling on your life. Never stop giving it your all, never feel useless, never feel like you dont belong there. God has put you right where you are supposed to be and you have been chosen by his own hand. Until next week, and yes this will be a weekly thing, dont forget to give it your all and love what you do.

This is a logo loop that I made for “Kids in Action” kids ministry of Liberty Church. I started with a template and then tore it apart and put it back together again to get the colors to change out and loop.
